ELECAMPANE
    (Inula heminum)

    This herb is a perennial. The flowers are golden yellow and the plant can grow up to 6 feet tall and three feet across. Grow Elecampane in full sun to partial shade in moist soil. Harvest the roots when they are two year old and the flowers when they are fully open.
    Recent scientific observations shows that the root contain antibacterial and antifungal agents.

    Part used: Root, rhizome.

    Don't use if you are pregnant or nursing. Don't use in large quantities since it can cause cramps, vomiting and paralysis.
