YUCCA
(Yucca gloriosa)


This desert tree grows primarily in the southwestern United States and is related to the Joshua tree. It is a member of the lily family.

The Yucca can grow up to 10 feet tall and 8 feet wide.

The main medical agent in this perennial herb is saponin which can affect toxins absorbed by the stomach bacteria.
